1. Shipping Rates & Thresholds
We offer tiered shipping to provide the best value to our customers:
FREE Tracked & Insured Shipping: All orders over $75.00 qualify for free shipping.
Standard Insured Shipping: A flat rate of $6.95 applies to all orders under $74.99.
Priority Processing (Optional): Available at checkout for expedited warehouse handling.
2. Processing & Delivery Timelines
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday).
Standard Delivery: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within [Insert Est. Days, e.g., 5–10] business days.
Tracking: A tracking number will be issued to your email immediately upon shipment. If your tracking number does not show movement within 3 business days of receipt, please contact our support team.
3. Shipping Jurisdictions
We currently provide full tracked shipping services to the United States, with primary logistics support for Hawaii, Texas, and Wyoming.
4. Lost or Damaged Shipments
All shipments are insured. If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier or arrives in a damaged state, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost. Please report damages within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, a reshipping fee may apply.
